You are so right. I'm legitimately wanting to go work in Melbourne and see if I want to live there permanently. My besty lives there too so that's a great start.

Do it! I don't like Auckland but if you have a decent salary for working up here it will be worth it. You could rent out your house, so other people can pay for your mortgage!

I read on stuff.co.nz today that Christchurch businesses are suffering compared to the rest of the country. It's really sad because it used to be such a vibrant place. I don't think it will ever be the same again.
