I didn't say it was... My power was out for 5 straight days over Christmas because of an ice storm, as was most of the neighbourhood and most of the city. The street was completely blocked by downed trees so crews couldn't get to us to rewire the houses. Merry ****ing Christmas Toronto, love Mother Nature.

Electricity and Internet and pretty much all modern conveniences are privileges and we've forgotten how to get by without them.
