I know that feel. E-cigs don't help either, at least not for me. When I use the patch I still want to have something in my hands but when I have that it doesn't feel like smoking. The thought of smoking a cherry or coffee cig is weird, but the tobacco and menthol cartridges suck too. I guess I'm just impossible to please.
