I appreciate that.

Soldiering on, my friend.

Just remember that God may love the infantry that's why he sent a bunch of support.

We used to disc golf together all the time too. I think his two children are gonna be devastated the most though, and it's a shame since they're such great kids and were loved very much by their Dad. Larry always had at least one of them with him. He was the fun kind of Dad that always went above and beyond for his two boys.

Going to his brothers house (Wigs) today for support. Hope I can keep it together enough to at least be supportive with out breaking down and needing a shoulder myself.

This sucks.

Late to the party here (I don't often read this thread), but I just want to offer my condolences, Plankton. He sounds a lot like my dad. Hope you're holding up OK.

Doing ok. Still hard to think about it until my pea brain can come to terms with it, but yeah. I'm alright. Thank you Mr. Sounds.

It was great send off. I wrote a bit in the Your Day thread.

I ****ing hate it when I'm trying to take a walk around my neighborhood at night, and multiple jackasses have their cars blocking the damn sidewalk. Like, can't these people act like civilized beings and park their vehicles in the garage or near the sidewalk like everybody else?

Just walk round 'em. :)

I'd grab a handful of rocks and whip em at the corner panels. Keys are also useful.

I have a similar complaint. Tuesday is garbage day and everyone is supposed to put their garbage on the street, against the curb so the truck's robo arm thing can pick it up, dump it into a skiff, then the skiff lifts up and dumps it into the back. The one time I didn't put it on the street, I got this passive aggressive sticker saying "Put by curb this way" with arrows pointing which way it should face. Most people on my block just put it right in the middle of the sidewalk, so when I'm walking my dogs I have to maneuver them around it or walk on the street. I think I'm just going to start kicking them over because the garbage men won't pick up anything if it isn't in the bin.
