Maybe? Trying to get something through elph's head has about the same success rate as trying to convince Chula of something and if I didn't know he had a personality disorder I'd think he was retarded.

At most it's 5. Cavemen were estimated to only work 2 hours a day twice a week. ****ing "but massa takes care of us and gives us these good jobs we gots it good" ass mother ****ers.

No, Hot Topic became a joke because it was a clothing store targeting shallow edgy teenage angst. Hot Topic caters to goths, juggalos, emos, what ever edge lord trend is permeating the high schools right now.

But there is a distinct style to goth and there are definitely stores that cater to that so you don't have to thrift around for it. Most online. And yes, there are stores that cater to your old school goth tastes. Plenty of leather coats and bat shirts out there on these sites.

I'm wearing blue jeans and a flannel underneath my suit just to spite elphenor.

I'm going to bring back JWB and ban you in his place because this is a level of trollery that I honestly can't fathom even exists on this planet.

If you don't self identify as a goth, elph, then why does it bother you when I say that people who do are branding themselves as consumers?

No, but are we going to pretend that Converse doesn't target the punk crowd?

There's definitely companies out there that make patches for the cuts. Definitely companies the design jackets pre DIYed for you.

Companies that have built their format off of punk culture and target that audience.

Argue that it's not 'real punk' all you want but the moment you shallowly self identify as something like that you're just embracing a brand as a consumer to be sold things. Even if your interest is just in music. I mean, at the end of the day it's kind of cool because it makes it easier for things you enjoy to come to you, but when it becomes a crutch for your identity you end up becoming a mindless cliche consumer with no individuality. I'm not even saying that's you, I'm just stating a fact that you need to come to terms with.

I love reading that Elph has an absolute hate boner for my dress style. Lol.

Exo 05-07-2019 06:11 PM

I wonder if Elph will ever realize that wonderful frame of mind of not giving a sh*t about what people like to so because life is a bitch and short as f*ck so people who tell me I can't have a beard or flannel shirts can go stuff a sock in their assh*le.
