You’re cool, Exo

Never mind

I was lounging around on my yacht yesterday and my butler made me a gin and tonic when I already told him to use vodka even when I ask for gin. It’s driving me crazy.

I've never seen somebody compare running a used record/book shop with royalty. I guess I forgot to mention that fact that we're partnered with Goldman Sachs. My $3 copies of To Kill a Mockingbird really went a long way to paying for my Ferrari.

I wanted to match your glow with an apple that i taught regret
but you smashed that fruit and you spat on my shoes
and you drew an airplane flying through my head
i might as well be dead
let those fireflies chew off my legs
cause i don't wanna ever dance no more
i wanted to make you swoon with a light bulb that i taught to fly
but you took that bulb and you chewed it to a pulp
and you spat out fifty full grown fireflies
but it was all a lie
those fireflies are made out of dust
and i don't wanna watch them glow no more
i wanted to make you cry with a cowboy that i taught restraint
but you snapped him in two and you buttered his boots
and you threw him out into the pouring rain
well it really ruined my day
i had to glue him back together again
and i don't think he'll ever dance no more

is there any reason to shop at your store vs. ordering online?

honest question

We beat online prices. It's a store philosophy.

because the ones around here really don't, that is, when they're carrying anything Im excited about anyway

one guy quoted me $50 for a copy of 17 Seconds and it's like **** you

Not a terrible price if it's an original UK pressing and in great shape. I would have priced it at $40 to be fair.

If I were rich I’d buy the store and hire you to go in as the secret shopper who makes Exo crazy. Then I’d add a cute little cafe and put Exo back in the dish room and make you the manager.

When I worked in Barnes and Noble, they would have me cover breaks in the cafe and I would always just choose to wash the dishes they were too lazy to wash instead of dealing with customers. I like washing dishes. You know what I mean OH?
