Shockingly I did pay a little attention in biology and learned about basic anatomy. I was implying that if girls mature faster than guys, maturing by 17ish and your 17 (i think) then you're not fully developed yet.

You've experienced crappy girls then, which is common. One of my more mature guy friends made the mistake of dating one of my more idiotic, immature girl friends; now he is convinced that all girls are immature, even though he just picked one of the worst girls in terms of matureness. My point, it's a case-to-case issue.
