Yea I do that shit too.
When I get a flap of skin all up in my grill piece, I end up biting it and ripping it off. It's so effing painful and makes it worse, but I can't stop doing it.

The worst part about accidentally biting your lip is that each time you do it, it swells up and thereby increases the chance that you'll do it again.

And I get horrible fucking mouth ulcers.

Heh, nah I used to get those when I was a pre-teen. They kinda just stopped happening after a while. In fact, until you just posted that, I hadn't thought about them in years.
