I love how my mom thinks I'm depressed, when really I'm going mad being a prisoner of my own home.

ps. if you ever want to drop out of high school, do it with a friend.

It makes sense that my last Christmas before leaving to college is the worst one yet. Having to see the people I hate most in the world while being constantly questioned about how much cable tv costs in broken English by my grandfather is a really great treat. The kicker is that everyone asks me why i'm going so far away for school, and the only response I feel would be appropriate is "Wait, let me get a mirror and then you'll have an answer."

lucky for me I get to do the whole thing over again on New Year's Eve, but not before I spend tomorow at a Catholic mass all ****ing day. I hate this ****ing house and everyone in it, with the singular exception of my grandmother, who at 75 yrs old has enough sense in her skull to realize that everyone around us is basically retarded.

I love it when my stepfather buys 200 dollar vintage fishing licenses off of ebay daily then complains about the family having no money for anything. And he doesn't work.

Actually that's another thing that I like to bitch about. Stupid people that work at music stores that are meant to know what I'm talking about. I don't care if some mainstream pop-puke like the Pussycat Dolls just released another album ladened with fresh turd, I want you to tell me about the artist/s I care about. No they just look at you with a blank stare and wonder if I own anything 'popular' at all... sigh
Are you referring to high street record stores? Because i dont know why anyone would expect these chains to hire based on musical knowledge. They don't care about that.

I'm talking about stores that have specific music departments. Places that require the people working in that area to know what they're on about. Many people I've found working in these areas only know popular radio-friendly artists. Now that I think about it maybe that's what they should be doing. More people out there only want to know about popular music.

Which leads me to another annoying thing: Music sheep, people that don't know why they like something. They only like a song or artist because everyone else does. Then they will try and tell you that your taste in music is crap because you don't follow the trend.

What an impressive waster. Family low on money, oh I know lets buy expensive things with no genuine usefulness. What could go wrong!

My cousins' dad used to do this... before his ass got divorced.

Seriously he came home regularly carrying things like 200$ Monopoly sets lined with gold.
