College is scary and it feels like everyone is pressuring me to know exactly what I want to do.
I'm confused and scared and too far from home to take a break.
I don't have enough credits and being an English major is getting me nowhere and I'm stressed and just want to sleep.

^ Just remember to breathe. And sleep. Sleep is good, you need lots of it to keep your stress down!

As for my bitch today.... I hate you NZ National Curriculum Standards!

Oh and my journalism teacher is an idiot and here's the proof:

"There are more errors in Wikipedia than in the Encyclopedia Brittannica?" True or False

I marked true and I got the question wrong...

duga 04-15-2010 09:49 PM

Haha...where did that come from?

gogojessicat 04-15-2010 09:50 PM

i had to "bitch" for a sec. there are some serious meanies on here.

duga 04-15-2010 09:51 PM

Well, the net allows people to say things without fear of consequence (save for getting banned from a website), so that mixed with the very opinionated topic of music is going to produce some characters.

gogojessicat 04-15-2010 09:53 PM

so basically, the freedom they feel allows their true nature to come out? and deep down they are ass holes?

Not really, it's just really easy to take people out of context here, and you're still relatively new. If you stay around a while, you will get a better grasp on people and their posting style. You'll find that people take a while to warm up to newbies. Just make intelligent and meaningful posts every now and then and don't spam up the place.

Welcome to MB btw.
