Also, if it's above a certain size, it won't matter if it's less than 80 x 80.
But even so, I've had problems with it in the past too. Best bet is to just let one of the mods change it for you.

It says that it's changed on the Control Panel, but on the actual forum nothing changes. I think that I'll have to send a request. Or just be lazy.
