I don't know if its just me but I really hate it when you tell someone to be somewhere at a certain time and they see it as okay to be there 10-30 minutes later

f.ex

I told my boyfriend to come at 1, and he agreed to it. I come home after running errands so I can wait for him and he's too busy ****ing around and is just now leaving. RUDE. Maybe I'm just pissy because I'm hungry but ****, I refuse to be anything but 5 minutes early at minimum for everything.

we call that "Malaysian time" around here

a function supposed to start at a time but we're usually there only half an hour later
