Or just be like accepting of the loss, don't let the emotional side control you or you will make mistakes (trust me you will), and watch porn. I know it sounds like a clichéd joke but seeing other woman naked does help a lot.

^ this and cut her off immediately, in fact that's probably the best thing you can do, accept it, agree with her and then completely remove her from your life. Every time you speak to them you are setting back your recovery imvho.

And that's pretty much where I'm at now. She lives on the street in the city I live in so it's hard to avoid but I've really had to accept the fact that I don't want to be in her life. It's especially hard when I was with her for so long, but I can't waste anymore time. Part of me feels guilt but I can't feel guilty for what she did to herself.
