Yes it is but to me it was just flat out heartbreaking, because it's true. Certainly in that country. That's why I support Slutwalk.

I'm not saying it's ok to walk around half naked in public, though (esp. if children are likely to witness it), I'm only saying that it's NOT a licence to commit sexual assault.
