In America, but the original New Zealand copy was called Braindead. I bought my copy from New Zealand because I had heard that Dead Alive had a lot of the content removed. I cannot confirm this though as I have yet to see Dead Alive as I have Braindead I find it kind of redundant to go out and rent a movie I already have.
