We don't have them in Ireland so i have nothing really to complain about. But i dont like the idea of those bloody mall stores anyway, create your own fashion from other resources i say. I've never seen them in England either.

They randomly have decent band shirts. I've seen a few Opeth shirts in one as well as a Blind Guardian shirt. Quite frequently you'll find The Number 12 Looks Like You and Dillinger Escape Plan merch in them too. Aside from that I'd agree the store is pretty horrible, and the prices for said band shirts are typically way inflated,

Like what Unfan said....Pretty much a horrible store but some good band t-shirts (I had actually found a Bright Eyes shirt) but it's just a chain store for scene kids in the end.

my sister just loves hot topic. they're okay. if you really want to be intimidated by an army of scene kids, go to urban outfitters.

I don't really hate it I just use it as a tool to ostracize punk fans for their supposedly anti-government taste in music.
