It would probably help if you indicated exactly why you need a composer and whether you are willing to offer any kind of incentive to work with you. While I'm sure many composers are all about getting their names out there, you'll find an increased interest even from those people if you state what the advantages are for them, be it exposure, money, or simple charity.

I'm still wondering whether he's looking for a compser in the traditional sense of the name, or a music producer in the 2009 sense of the name.
