It would probably help if you indicated exactly why you need a composer and whether you are willing to offer any kind of incentive to work with you. While I'm sure many composers are all about getting their names out there, you'll find an increased interest even from those people if you state what the advantages are for them, be it exposure, money, or simple charity.

I am a composer at a music studio called CinE-Music: Professional Studios. We do film scores, here is the website: Cinemusicstudios.com. I also compose electronica and rock music if you need that.
