My school doesn't really have social groups, only cliques made up of random people. The social groups are still there, but they are all blended together so much that you can't really distinguish. There are 2 main social groups though, neither of which I really fit into.

-Potheads, potheads, and more potheads. (30%)
-This weirld Jock/Prep fusion, most people find a common ground here. Where they can all talk about last Sunday's football game, clothes, and talk about drugs and how much they do them even though half of them most likely don't. (70%)

What if they are just one of the few that enjoy playing guitar and/or are taking a guitar class. I'm taking Guitar right now. I mean, I'm just in Highschool. But if/when I go to college, I'd probably bring my guitar for some form of an instrument to play. Either that or at least a practice pad and some drumsticks.

I was a loner at school. Probably because I was a metalhead and most kids weren't into it. Kind of suited me though and even now I'm completely at ease with my own company.

My school has a 'strings' class or something - which is basically guitar class. You are allowed to bring in/rent a violin or whatever, but it is basically guitar lessons in school, and you need to take music theory 1 as a prerequisite.

So you were counting people who take that class as douches?
