You are familiar with the 86 year long Red Sox World Series drought, no?

In the meantime you had the Celtics win 234897625384957293 championships... go cry about your baseball drought, we're in a general sports drought.

Last Title
Cleveland Browns - 1964
Cleveland Indians - 1948
Cleveland Cavaliers - Never

Thank god we don't have an NHL team cause they'd be terrible too.

LOL. Well that's pretty bad but you have to understand that Boston is a real baseball town and has been forever so 86 years without winning a World Series was a pretty big deal there. Also, I hasten to add, 86 years is a substantially longer drought than any of the teams you just listed have experienced.

Well let's see, the past five years Boston's won:
- a Superbowl (not to mention 2001 & 2003)
- two World Series
- an NBA championship
and it looks like they're on schedule to be a participant in the Stanley Cup Final this year

So excuse us if we don't give a fuck.

You're right, in recent history Boston teams have done pretty well. But recent history isn't what people from Boston grew up with unless they're still in elementary school.

Also, aren't you from Pittsburgh? The Pirates have more World Series wins than the Red Sox, in the past forty years the Penguins have won the Stanley Cup as many times as the Bruins have, and the Steelers just won the Superbowl. Why do you still sound bitter?
