Default My Zune hates me

Does anyone know why I might be getting this message repeatedly when I try to load music on my Zune?

I've done exactly what it says to do on the message...repeatedly.
I've tried the web help...which gets me nowhere.
I've tried deleting all the songs off my Zune and reloading them...it seemed to work once, but now it won't let me reload anything.
So I'm stuck with an empty MP3 and no way to load any music onto it.

Has this happened to anyone else?

PLEASE HELP!!!

You'd probably have better luck posting on the Zune forums. They usually find fixes for everything, and if they can't help you, they'll help you find someone that can.

The first mistake you made was actually buying a Zune.

Zunes are pretty reliable. And if you can't fix it, they'll usually replace it, if it's under warranty.

Thanks for the input. I know a few others on here have Zunes and was just wondering if they had come across the same problem and what they did. I'll check out the Zune forums.

Unfortunately I don't have a warranty. I bought mine for cheap because it was the display model. Which was probably my first mistake.

Thanks again.

Yeah, display models are always a bad choice. The First PS2 I bought was a display model, and I had to take it back within the week I got it.

Try leaving it on until it runs out of battery, and then try again. I had a similar problem once with my Zune and that solved it.

Well, I figured out what was wrong. Reloaded all my music last night.

This morning I restart my Zune and it freezes. Come to find out from looking at the Zune website that all 30G Zunes are having some sort of Y2K9 meltdown and are all frozen. Great. I'm about to chunk this thing out the window...
