Just make sure you're not dating a chick who's in Jr. High.

Aim higher.

If you can't trust her enough to text who she wants and keep her privacy then you're going to have a miserable relationship and probably shouldn't be in one.

Freebase Dali 03-13-2009 05:57 PM

I agree with dac.

I tried one of those long distance relationship thingies... I found out that the girl cheated on me so much that her lover probably thought she was cheating on him with me.

I couldn't trust her after that. lol.
So yea... it didn't work out...

Keyword is trust. You gotta trust.
AKA: Lose your instinct and experience and blindly dive into a potential disaster.

Sometimes it works out.

That's some good humor. I agree with it.

Bull****

If i'm in a relationship I wouldn't go hanging around other girls , texting them and then hide the texts from my girlfriend , there are certain ways you should act if you are with someone out of respect for them and this isn't one of them regardless if it's innocent or not. I wouldn't do it to someone and I don't expect to have it done to me.

Whatup Surell.
Had fun last night. I was a total drunk. I don't even remember what I typed.

Urban,

I think it depends on whether it's a new move or a predictable one.
If homeboy is getting confronted with this for the first time after being in the relationship long enough to know his girls' moves, then you're right. It's suspicious.

But if she's normally defensive of her privacy, then interrogating her about it won't help anything.

You're right about respecting the relationship... But if homeboy never demanded that kind of respect in the first place, she probably doesn't even know she's crossing any boundaries.
Who knows, maybe she wouldn't care if he did the same thing.

(fat chance, right?... we know women...)
