Basically what i am wondering, is the same thing some metal fans wonder. Why would someone like metalcore? But the difference is i don't literally call the **** i listen to epic, great or see it as a set standard of music in any way. I just like it.

Bands like the Beatles wrote music that reflected on the times and their music influenced a lot of other bands. Metalcore is garbage and doesn't influence anyone so even mentioning the Beatles and metalcore in the same paragraph is totally unacceptable.
