This is such devastating news... after a ski accident on Monday in Canada she suffered blunt head trauma and passed away yesterday afternoon. She leaves behind her husband, Liam Neeson, two young sons and family and friends who adored her.
My thoughts and prayers go out to her family... ![]() Stars Pay Tribute to Richardson |

Sorry that she died but she's a bit of a fool for not wearing a helmet OR getting checked after. It doesn't matter if you feel fine.
Sad news but she should have been more active in terms of making 100% sure she had no internal injuries.

Whether it's necessary or not, I don't know, I don't ski, but regardless, she should have gotten medical attention after, even if she felt okay. They would have had a far better chance of saving her life.

Regarding helmets... I've skied since I was 5 and never wore a helmet...but I think it's a lot easier to learn when your a kid and lower to the ground... for an adult just learning, I think it's definitely a good idea to wear one bc that's when you are at most risk for falling. |
