One was snake soup, which tasted a bit like chicken and smelled like perfume. The other was rumoured to be made out of dog..(OMG!), in a country somewhere which I'm not going to mention, but believe me, I won't be going back there!

It probably is, in the show mythbusters, they used ox-schlong as a sort of a rubber band when they were making a ballista.

Ox-penis soup might be good. I don't think anything I'll ever eat is gonna be worse than the fermented shark anyways.

At least it wasn't shark fin soup.

There are not many causes I follow, but sharks are one animal I feel very strongly about. I even "adopted" a great white (something very similar to that 'own a star'" malarky). I remember watching a documentary about the black market for shark fins which was very hard to watch. I know they've been known to eat people, but we are entering their territory and after that it becomes fair game.

I've had shark fin soup and it's delicious, but I was too young to know about the dark side of it. Now that I do, I won't buy it.
