Default What if we can exchange CDs instead of buying?(NOT SPAM)

Hey guys this is not a spam or anything. This is actually a survey for an assignment. The thing is my group came up with an idea and we would like to know what music lovers think of it. We are thinking of creating a website where music lovers meet and discuss about music ...but the main feature of the site is exchanging CDs. That's what special about this website. We've thought, instead of buying new albums, we could exchange. And to avoid fraud, we've thought we would use something like the ebay 'trust' system. For instance if a user did not exchange his CD as promised he will be indicated as bad user or maybe will be represented with 'red' colour.

I'm sure it'd be relevant to a few users, not me though. I'm more of a music connoisseur than a collector, I'd really only be privvy to unloading the crap albums I have for rare recordings or things I can't find online.

You can start this site if you like but it'll be no more legal than all the other sites that offer albums to download that regually get closed down.
Have you read what's written on your CD collection lately?

Let me remind you

Unauthorised copying , public performance , broadcasting , hiring , rental or lending of this recording is prohibited.

Those laws are ridiculous. What the companies are saying is, if you want to hear the music, the only way you can is to buy the album. They arent in touch with reality.
