It's a Pennsylvania brewed beer, and of course I have to support my state. I got turned on to it last year by a buddy and we'd drink it out of bottles. I think just recently they began making it in cans. It's not a dark beer or heavy, but it doesn't taste like a light beer either. It was only $12.50 for a 24pack and that's a deal I have a hard time passing up. Most beers at that price are like Natty or Key Light, but this is a bit better than those. Good beer for your buck.

Not a bad price at all for a case of brew. You can get a 30 pack of nat light or keystone for around the same price here. I can drink either but natural light if it gets hot at all is disgusting.

Magic Hat is really good. Drank it quite a few times last year. At my old bottle shop you could "create your own 6-pack" of any 6 beers of your choice. Each beer was individually priced. It was usually pricey, but awesome to try out new beers without having to buy an entire 6pack incase you didnt like it. If I remember correctly, Magic hat has a variety of flavors. I believe "#9" was my favorite of theirs. I remember it being a bit pricey though... but last year was a drunken, stoned blur and I don't remember specifics on things like that so I could be wrong.

Warm beer sucks. One of my room mates last year would drink his 40s warm. He'd get two Steel Reserve 40s which were $2 each and let them sit on our counter and then drink them warm. He said it went down easier. That dude was crazy.

Lol...ive known a few people that wouldnt drink beer unless it was hot. Some said it got you drunk quicker and some just preferred it hot. Ive drank plenty of hot beer after I was already drunk but its hard to start off with hot beer. I had an uncle I worked with that would put a case under the seat of his truck and drink off it all day. His a.c. didnt work so its not like it stayed at a reasonable tempature. Lol...from 7 in the morning till 9 or so at night every day he would do this. And never really acted in a manner that would suggest he was drunk. He would down a couple while we would drive to the next job..lol. I couldnt hang with him and I was considerably younger then. I at least had to wait till the ride home before I started.

Magic Hat is one of my favorite breweries. Circus Boy's not extremely dark, but it's darker than a lot of their brews - a lot of the ones I've had have been IPAs or other ales, and this one is a hefeweizen, which is a wheat beer. It's brewed with lemon grass, and has a nice, pleasant taste. Really carbonated, but not a lot of the bitterness of more hoppy brews. It's only like, 4.0%ABV, but it's pretty tasty.

And to Dirty - yes, #9 is really good. I believe they call that one a "Not quite Pale Ale" on the packaging, and it's pretty good. I drank that pretty nonstop for a while. Good stuff. Also, yeah, they're a little bit pricey. Not too bad - kind of mid range as far as price goes. Like, around here, they're about $8.99 for a six pack, which is about a buck more than I pay for a 12 pack of PBR. Magic Hat's about the same price as Blue Moon or Sierra Nevada around here.
