I mean it's easy to take a nice looking picture of the bottle.

Yeah you got it right...your vocab is pretty fluent for it not even being your first language.

Yeah, that's what photogenic means, though usually it's used to describe people.

I didnt know if he was being facetious and had some other indirect attempt at humor.

Hahaha, it's pretty tough to be humurous in a different language.
It's normal to call buildings or cars or whatever 'fotogeniek' (photogenic, obviously) here :)

My cash is running low so I'm slumming with Jim tonight. I expect this lowdown affair will last quite a while because he's pretty damn tasty after a few swigs. Maker's Mark will have to find another partner until I prove myself worthy. Meanwhile, Jim is my new best friend.

Literally drank an entire bottle to myself of that while watching the Philharmonic of Poland perform today. I was in the VIP area, and got wine drunk enough to convince myself the maestro looked exactly like Christoph Waltz.

Straight up and sipping heartily. No rocks, shots, or mixers. Jim and I are distinguished gentlemen.

Thought this might be an appropriate place to post this for DRINKERS IN PENNSYLVANIA.

Starting March 1st, a TON of liquors are going to be on sale WAY cheaper than normal. PA Liquor Board is removing some slow sellers, so check out the list and go grab yourself something for a lot cheaper than usual

I'm looking to get a whiskey for the weekend but I don't know what I should get to try.

Bourbon , scotch or there is another one but I can't think of it at the moment. How is southern comfort?

Howard the Duck 02-23-2011 06:38 AM

I have never had any type of whiskey so I want to try it out.

My favorite type of liquor is vodka.
