Pre-pub/party whiskey down the hatch and now I'm thinking that I may need some of this for the night ahead.

Whatever's the cheapest at the bar. I got my copywriting workload doubled today so I'm going to get in an apalling state.

Mojo 03-25-2011 12:48 PM

You sound like me. Whatevers cheapest at the bar is my speciality. Having no money is a wonderful thing, it even allows you to develop a taste for Carlsberg.

I've even resorted to Stella in the past. I'm living the student lifestyle and I graduated 2 years ago. Freelancing is bad for the soul.

Stella? The cheapest pint at the bar? Where the hell do you drink?

Sneer 03-25-2011 12:54 PM

Haha, no, those special nights are reserved for buying a 6-pack for £4.50 (Stella is the cheapest in newsagents down here because it's so unpopular) and going to the river.

Wow, what a luxurious life you lead, my friend. Cheap beer for me here consists of what we call The Beast, which would of course be Milwaukee's Best. I will just purchase a $10 half gal of vodka for a cheap drink. Tonight, I have a fancy date with a $9 bottle of red zin.

Stella Artois? It tastes alright to me. Prefer Newcastle-brewed Ale, though.

Just had a can of Pepsi just now.

Cuervo is terrible. Spend your money on good tequila and you'll never have to buy another lime.

I'm also broke these days so I rely on my new best friend, Jim.
