time restricted eating, isnt starving because......ya eat food.

We made Ramadan American by carpet bombing it.
well i share it most nights, if the meal has changed. most of the time its the same stuff. i bake frozen garlic and herb chicken breasts that are awesome.

last night i just took small amounts of each food stuff i have. im going to do that tonight so i wont most like share any food.

ill have just granola cereal tonight but like... a whole box but itll be my main meal. and then apples and granola bars and bananas for the rest of the window

i told bx, maybe i didnt even type it here on musicbanter.. i thought i did in the running thread. i once weight like 220ish and now im 180ish. still have fat to lose and muscle to gain, and IF,exercising and eating correctly is the answer for that.
