got my fiji bottle back after leaving it at my stepfathers man cave. i was drinking from a cup and i was having to fill it up more but it was always filtered water. the watered down pre-workout i been drinking has been a huge success but ive built an tolerance to the stuff and i heard on another from that rotating two brands can help. I might start doing that but i need to find another one i like. i want to get that "god of the gym" blue flavor, just have to take the time and order it off the internet. been downing 3-4 liters of water each day and one liter of lemon water.

If you're in the US you should try some of that Yerba Mate (last ingredient listed on the can). You'd probably be able to get it easily. I can imagine you liking it as well Mindfulness.

i have these green tea packets that are fasting safe, at least from what others on bx say, but others there have said anything can break off a fast besides water. but i did see online that mixing lemon juice with green tea is really good for you and makes the antioxidants x10 stronger or something.

had one liter of lemon juice water this morning, then went to liters of water, but now i pour this green tea packet in one woot woot flavor!

I used my anniversary voucher to get 7 cases of Mango Lime Pilsner since we're discontinuing it.

Lucem, you're right, it's silly to talk about what I would or wouldn't do IRL. Glad you brought it up. Maybe you should write an instrumental about it. I recommend a piano paired with a clarinet. With ambient sounds of you hanging from your shower curtain you ****ing failure.
