ive been wanting to make a change to the "Bang" kind since it has creatine in it and all my friends from the marine corps drink that one only. plus a few nurses drink the Bang also, plus cops. idk why the bang but i want to switch to yerba mate

that could be simply because a monster energy drink( like the one i am drinking today) has 300mg of caffeine in each can. 3 cans is 900mg

3 cans of the rehab is only 465mg but i agree they arnt great for ya.


maybe ill check out those fancy coffee makers like they have at school that are flavored.

i dont see myself in my 40's drinking enery drinks still... only chronotropic effect will be coffee because its from the earth.


ill learn more when i visit my dad in iowa, he drinks coffee every morning

Cut out caffeine all together, imho. Rely on your own body's natural endorphin machine for energy.
