A lovely dark ale but it has a chocolate aftertaste which I am not keen on but decent enough.

Having a taster at a friends tonight. Lots of great brews being popped including Knuckle Sandwich, and a few assorted barrel aged brews. I'm bringing a barrel aged Vertical Epic, i've been hoarding since I got it in trade about three years back. 2007 was my favorite year of Vertical.
