Similarly, I've finally given up coffee. I'm not caffeine free, I still drink tea, but I'm tryna get rid of that dependency. I'm like a week in and haven't died so I guess it's going well.

Earl Gray - almond milk - cinnamon sometimes with lavender simple syrup if I'm feeling like a treat.
