It has quite a punch, though. The Bowmore is much softer, so it's nice to alternate a bit.

I've lived in the norwegian arctic where there is no taxation on alcohol, so everything is cheap there.

Sorry about the poor spelling...it seems to be a side effect Franziskaner! but i agree on the Laphroaig.
