I don't know if we'll have time.

Not a recipe Just a killer hot sauce alert. Got a bottle of this for xmas and it's taken a couple of tries to get use to the unique flavor. Now I love it. Can't wait to try some on an omelet.

The first thing you get is a strong curry and garlic thing and then BAM! Heat with a hint of onion. As the habanero heats starts to fade you're left with a Thai like curry, onion, garlic thing.

Go easy at first my friends, this stuff packs some serious burn.

This is one of the best curry recipes I've seen. Some good stuff on the Jamie Oliver channel, I'm doing this this weekend.

^Awesome recipe. Don't think I'll try it when cooking for myself, I prefer far fewer steps, but might prepare it if guests come over.
Also really like that lady. Never thought an Indian accent could be that attractive.

These two have fewer steps:

I am yet to do the Chana Masala but have done the second one and it's excellent.

I do curries for myself quite often, make enough so there's about 5/6 servings, eat one and put the rest in foil containers and then freeze
