I made a Spinach & Artichoke Lasagna yesterday. It was a huge hit with the veg crowd of course, but even the meat eaters like me liked it.

Also everyone needs to try poached eggs on top of mashed potatoes. It is life affirming.

I consider artichokes a protein. Same with eggplant. They both eat like a meat to me.

Two of my favorite veggies. That sounds delicious.

Vegetarian, very little dairy though.

Been experimenting with smoothies recently and created a goodun:

1 banana
1 large handful of blueberries
half a dozen almonds
1 large glass of milk

Chuck it all in a blender. Delicious.

Did Chetna's recipe last weekend and this, it's so good. I learnt how to make pilau rice properly as well, been enjoying that a lot this week.

Anyone ever made pies, like pastry with a lid on and that? I think I'm gonna have a crack at some and use curry as the filling.

I tried putting sour cream on a sweet potato today. I'm not sure exactly what I was expecting.
