You let yourself fall apart; While trying to seem some what sane. Once the empty and lonely period is over its pretty easy to move on and learn from it. But until you let yourself realize what mistakes and everything is done and delt with you won't be able to grow as a person. So in the past I stayed singal for a long time before moving on with anyone. Just get to know myself better and learn a little. Rushing is one of the worse things you can do after breaking up.

I have a special playlist just waiting for me to listen to after a breakup....so music cures my broken heart. I just leave that playlist on repeat for a couple of hours and I'm pretty much over it.

i binge drink for a week,....then i refuse to get out of bed for awhile,.....i normally dont eat anything, though sometimes in a week i can go through a can of cake frosting, one spoonful at a time,....

often, after a month of this one of my friend will wade through the ocean of klenex and empty water bottles to pull me from under the covers,....sometimes they will have to make me take a bath,.....

if i'm having a good day, i'll leave the house for pot
