Yeah I get that, but what does that have to do with it being all caps? It would still read the same with normal headline caps:

I think what he's saying is that, had the typeface used proper capitalisation only, you would have had this:

Doctor who aided Bin Laden raid in jail

which does make a little more sense and removes the hilarity.
Always knew the Doctor was a Navy SEAL at one point!

That's actually not proper capitalization for a headline.

Actually it's true that we get little sun here (want some rain? We're the go-to guys!) but as far as Irish women being white (or milkbottles as we used to call them) nothing could be further from the truth, as virtually all of them use that fake tan now, so that no matter the season they all look like they've just come back from Ibiza or Corfu....
