I've found with 90% of the girls I've dated they want to be CHASED. The hard to get thing is completely real. Ask her out...she might say maybe...she might even say no. If you really like her and you get one of those responses, ask her again a few days later. My rule is 3 strikes you are out. If a girl denies me 3 times, then either she really doesn't want to date me or she ****ed up big time.

Haha, that used to drive me crazy when I was single. I'd immediately lose interest in someone if I started feeling like she was playing games.

If a girl wants to do that, I don't want to bother.

i hardly even bother when I sense a girl is interested in me and she says "no" when I ask her out

I got no time for that

when I was younger, I was completely into playing games and I would go tit for tat but as I grow older, I don't have time for that crap so I immediately write them off if I see that's what they are doing.

I need advice.
I know a couple of you have been in the military. I was thinking of becoming a medic. From what I understand, I have to carry a hand gun for protection but it's a war crime if anyone shoots at me. I'm cool with that. I don't know if pulling bullets out of bodies on and off for four years will leave me in a decent mental state though.
I think medics go to bootcamp too. I could probably do that. I wouldn't enjoy it but I'm hardly a little bitch. If I need to go to school before this for something, I know it's not for me. I don't want to be a doctor, I want to be a human rights activist (although social work is my fallback.) I just have very little college money and I don't want to go to Bum**** University like 90% of my graduating class will.
I'm worried about the stress of being around death and sickness all the time. I've had post traumatic stress disorder before and it made me a total bitch. I came out of it alright but I'm not the most mentally stable person in the world. I have no idea if I have what it takes to do this.
I figure a couple years as a medic (3 I think?) and then a few weeks in a psychiatric hospital isn't such a bad deal for some college money, right?

As I told you earlier, I'm not sure if you'd pass the psych eval. I don't remember in detail but I'm pretty sure they will look into your files and see that you have been admitted.

Touch her hands, but don't randomly grab them or anything. For example if you're passing something touch her hands more than you normally would. Be good at listening, obviously.

There's more but I can't think now. I'll get back to you James.

They might not take you because of your prior PTSD. Anyways, don't you have to have some kind of EMS training for that position?

No, they give you that training as long as you score high enough on the ASVAB.

Oh ok, that makes sense.
