Why does the discussions always end up to be about circumcision on every forum I visit? I have never encountered a circumcised man (that I know of, it's hardly a question to have as an ice breaker), but I've read (and it makes sense) that cutting the foreskin makes the penis head much less sensitive, and it thus takes longer to reach an orgasm. So yes, circumcised men (in theory) last longer on average, but also feel less.
