Yep it is but it also depends on what you drink. If you aren't flushing your system and drinking enough water then I'm pretty sure it tastes awful. The more yellow it is the worse. I make sure that my urine doesn't get too dark and stay hydrated. Majority of the time, mines is either clear or light yellow.
