Default Favourite destinations?

Okay so where is your guys/gals dream to live? It could be anywhere in the world/universe. State where you would go and why you would. And to mix things up, whats the coolest place you have been on vacation or lived.

I would like to live in Russia. Just imagine a little house and in the background big beautiful mountains, and nothing but green GREEN grass for all you can see in the front. (Give me a dirtbike and it won't be green anymore)

Jackhammers bit in the thread:

We may have a similar thread I'm not entirely sure but post your favourite places, whether you have lived there, still do or visited.

That's the town where I live:

and I grew up about ten minutes away from here:

When I visited here I just felt in complete awe and at peace and as I love UK history I could have just stayed there all day and night. Stonehenge:

I'd love to live on/near the mountains. I suppose location doesn't matter at the moment, just waking up to such a big mass of beauty is what I'm after. The beach simply doesn't suffice anymore.

Coolest place I've lived, which even I think is a little overrated - Boulder, CO. Visited - Da Lat, Vietnam - a completely different vibe than the rest of the country, just beautiful.

I used to stay at the house of a family friend where I would wake up to this kind of view. That's a dormant volcano called Rangitoto in the pic.

Mountain and beach?

The kind of view I'd sell my body for.

Put my vote down for a luxurious domed city orbiting Saturn.
