Default toadies trek

so,...here's the deal
my dad is gettin married this weekend,....
its his third marriage,...
even though i kinda like this woman,......i doubt it will be the last wedding of his i'll have to attend
my grandmother is commin in from georgia,.....

BUT

THE TOADIES ARE PLAYIN IN DALLAS THE SAME NIGHT

and i really really want to see them,....
i'll be three hours away from the concert,......the weddin is at 5

would it make me a bad daughter if i skipped out half way through the weddin as long as i go early in the day to visit with my grandmother? so that i can make the show?

i also would like to point out that this woman is the same woman who took my tom petty/steve winwood tickets a few months ago,......and personally i think thats unforgiveable

Doooo it. If there are more weddings to come, heeey, why not? Besides, weddings and marriage is kind of overrated, anyway. Poof away.

Tell him you're adopted and that you don't want to crash what is obviously a close family occasion.

I cringe at the thought of being married and you will find me in my most awkward state at/in a wedding. I do well at the thought of "spending the rest of my life" with someone or commitment, but signing papers, white dresses and all that ceremonious crap just makes me nauseous.

Only if you wear the same things to both events.

I was about to say, you can get pissed at a wedding for free, but at a concert you gotta pay.
