Cold turkey is the best way to beat nicotine addiction yeah. Vaping will stop you smoking but doesn't do anything about nicotine addiction. I read Allan Carr's book and quit cold turkey for about five months once but once you drink, it becomes difficult. But now I quit drinking too it could be a good time to go cold turkey again.
