Sounds like a cool school. The extent of what I was taught about jazz in school is that it's what the blacks did for a while before rock n roll got big. After that lesson, we started our 7 week unit on Woodstock.

But all classical fans agree that anything after the 1800s is absolute garbage right? Stravinsky who? Bartok whatyousay?

They either think that Stravinsky (love Schoenberg but gotta give firsties) and Cage changed everything for the better or they dumb, wrong, and smell bad.

na weak school just an awesome teacher. i had her three different years and spent most of my time in class talking about music, movies, and books with her. she had great taste.
