I always use Mayo. Thin sliced ham and some Velveeta are the go-to's for me.

Strong English mature cheddar
Lea & Perrins

Dangerous stuff tbh. Could easily eat 5 or 6 pieces of cheese on toast done that way and become fat very quickly.

Never thought of doing a grilled cheese sandwich with Lea & Perrins in it.

3 sandwiches:

1 with Lea & Perrins
1 with cayenne pepper
1 with onions
