Ever seen him live Plank? First saw him back in 76 or 77 with the Dixie Dregs. Was in a college auditorium somewhere up in New Hampshire. Was an incredible blizzard that day and driving was just about impossible. Me and 4 buds made the trip and ended up as part of maybe a 100 person audience. The band was so humbled and grateful that us nuts made it to the show it became a massive party.

They blew off their set and basically took requests all night. I'm not sure who had more fun, us or the band.

Saw them again about a year later in a club in Boston. Sat right in front of the stage. Morse and O'Connor destroyed each other during The Bash and the crowd was blown away. I got goosebumps over and over again during their duel. At the end they just looked at each other and busted out laughing.
