Got some sour cream in the fridge. I'm having tacos for tea, and the cream has been in there maybe a month. It's been opened but it seems OK to me so I am going risk it I think. The fridge is very good.

Had my tacos. I ate eight. Ate that out of date sour cream too. Tasted fine.
