Chris was drinking black coffee, cooking beef Wellington and driving a car at 5 years old.

His favourite album back then was Metal Machine Music.

Anyone whose favorite album is Metal Machine Music must be a pretentious try hard.

Not that I believe this person exists.

It's a pretty decent choice if that were your favourite genre. Don't play into the Rolling Stone mantra that it's an unlistenable record.

You and Batty made me listen to it some months ago. Or last year maybe.

It indeed wasn't as bad as it's reputation. But I don't have any way of judging it compared to other albums in the same genre. Just didn't do anything for me.

Well for one approach, you can listen to other albums in the same genre.

I can and I have, but not enough to have much of an opinion yet. And a lack of interest makes it hard to push further into the genre.

Dunno what a track mark is.

Damn, five years old? Were your parents anti-vaxxers who came around after a while?
